RUBY Projects is proud to announce an exciting new exhibition and residency collaboration during Houston's inaugural Untitled Art Fair. This highly anticipated presentation will showcase a unique collaboration between renowned artists Chelsea Nguyen, Susan Alkadri, and Logan Wayne White, who join forces to create a one-of-a-kind artistic installation featuring White’s collaboration with Allen-Golder Carpenter —The Last Supper— and floral installation by Houstons Alkadri and Nguyen.
The exhibition explores the intersection of art, design, and craftsmanship, with each artist contributing their distinctive vision to this striking, multi-faceted project. The Allen-Golder Carpenter Table, curated by Joe Horner through Art as Chairs, serves as both a sculptural piece and a functional object, inviting the viewer to consider the boundaries between form, utility, and art.
This collaboration offers a profound dialogue between the artists, whose diverse practices engage with materiality, geometry, and narrative. It provides a rare opportunity to experience a convergence of contemporary art and design that challenges conventions while celebrating the creative possibilities within everyday objects.
Full programming details will be announced shortly. We invite collectors, patrons, and art enthusiasts to join us on September 15th for an exclusive preview of this groundbreaking exhibition. RSVP now to ensure your place at this unmissable event during Houston's Untitled Art Fair week.
